Democrats Ready to Deliver on Promises to Unions

First this, then they're going to toss out secret ballots. It won't be long before the Unions become another arm of government. They are going to ultimately be just as powerful, if not more powerful.

Democrats Ready to Deliver on Promises to Unions
Brad Haynes reports on Congress.
Early next week, Democrats will deliver on the first of a string promises to the unions that helped bring the new administration to town.
The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which cleared the Senate on Thursday, is expected to clear the House Monday or Tuesday. It raises the statute of limitations on pay discrimination. Clearing an attempted Republican filibuster, the 61-36 vote hewed close to party and gender lines. The “yeas” came almost entirely from Democrats, plus the four female Republicans in the Senate and the labor-friendly Sen. Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania.

Sure they have a lot of paybacks to do.

How many days until 2010 so we can boot some of these clowns out?

could unions be any more un-American? They've ruined GM and are an albatross around the neck of business. I say if you don't like working at a business, you should look elsewhere rather than strong-arming the company.
